Winkjet Inkjet Addressing System
The Winkjet Windows based inkjet printer from Kirk-Rudy has given Raff the ability to take your mailing list and sort it to United States Post Office regulations using BCC Mail Manager 2010 software. We can accept your mailing list in various formats such as ASCII (fixed or delimited), dBase, Excel, Access, Word* or Label Image** formats. Our mailing services include processing your list, duplication removal of names on your list, CASS certification, inkjet addressing, postal presorting and drop off at the post office. We can accept your list via: e-mail (maildata@raffprinting.com), CD or Thumb drive.
We have also installed a high speed inline Kirk-Rudy 535 Tabmaster which can apply one or two clear or paper perforated tabs per piece. The tab provides security during the mailing process while the perforation allows for easy opening of the tabbed mailer. This Tabmaster can be set inline with the Winkjet or with our folding equipment.
We believe this equipment will save you time and money by allowing Raff to fulfill all of your printing needs from pre-press service to actual mailing. Your printed products need not travel anywhere but directly to your consumer!
We accept database files. We prefer any CSV (comma separated value) files or Microsoft Excel. Please email lists to: maildata@raffprinting.com.
Note: For Excel files - Please make sure each field is in its own column.

First-Class mail should arrive in the customers hands 1-4 days after USPS has received your postcards. You will receive back all pieces that have a bad address if you provide a return address on the card.
Standard mail should arrive in the customers hands 6-12 business days after USPS has received the product we are mailing for you. Pieces with a bad address are not returned.
Up to 4.25 x 6. This size will always mail first class automated.
JUMBO Postcard Size: larger than 4.25 x 6 up to 6 x 11.
• Standard automated: You should select this service if your delivery objective is 8-12
days after we drop at the post office. The minimum amount to qualify for this
service is 200. This service is typically used for advertisements and flyers.
• First Class automated: You should select this service if your delivery objective is 1-4
days after we deliver to the post office. The minimum for this service is 500 pieces.
