I started here at Raff Printing in 1998 in the shipping department. After a year I moved into the stripping department burning plates and proofs.
When Raff moved to computer-to-plate, I started working in pre-press as a MAC operator. After about 3 years of working as a MAC/CTP operator, I was asked if I would be interested in becoming a customer service representative.
It has been about 5 1/2 since I started in customer service and I find it quite enjoyable. The industry is moving forward very quickly and I have been here for a lot of the change. I am looking forward to my future here at Raff, as the dedication and hard work that goes into every job and the commitment put forth from every employee to get the job done no matter what it takes is unmatched.
I live with my girlfriend Christina and our 7 year old daughter Brianna.
