Customer Service Representative; for Ron Yeckel

I started working at Raff in February 1979. I was hired to run the one color Chief 15, and as Raff added more small presses, I moved onto the two color Ryobi and then the two color Super Chief. I then became the Supervisor of the small press department.
In June of 1997, I became a Customer Service Representative. It was a great opportunity for me to combine my printing skills with my people skills. I am very happy to help my customers with all their printing needs.
Mike and his wife Mary Ann have two sons, Mike Jr. and Matthew.
