Press Department
Our press department consists of the smallest ink jet addressing/numbering printer to our largest 40” Heidelberg 6 color with aqueous coater. We can print your business cards, letterheads and envelopes with addresses in our small press department. Our equipment includes a Winkjet Kirk Rudy Ink Jet system, a Jet 2 color envelope press, a Chief 17, and Itek 1 color and two Itek 2 color presses. We feature our HP/Indigo Digital Press, with variable data capabilities. Our quality small press printing operations are handled by a “well seasoned” team of pressmen.
Equipment at our disposal for large jobs includes a 25” - 2 color Heidelberg, a 40” - 2 color Heidelberg, a 40” - 4 color Heidelberg, and two 40” - 6 color Heidelbergs with aqueous end coaters. Our 40” Heidelbergs have automatic plate hangers. We use CPC-4 technology to network our pre-press to our presses. This sets the ink fountains for faster make readies. The Xrite ATS Scanning system ensures even color through the entire press run. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality printing by using qualified personnel and the latest technologies.
